Print Your Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid return shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place your items in the original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the new shipping label is clearly visible on the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
